Promarkers Again

Well I have found this great contest about Promarkers you can go here and check it out. Like I said they are cheaper then Copic's and I think just as good. So hop on over and see if you can win. I know I am going to try. Teresa

Getting into Markers

Okay, well I have been away for awhile but I am going to try to do better. So I thought I would tell you guys that I have been wanting markers, yes I know I am a grownup but I have been wanting markers just the same for quit some time. And I think I have finely figuered out which ones, I am going to get. I was looking at Copics for awhile but they are just to expensive, but then I found Promarkers , made by Letraset . They are used mostly in the UK but more and more they are being used here in the States. A company called Carpe Diem has the Promarkers for $1.49 where as the Copic Ciao are $2.49 Copic Sketch $3.95, now the copics are refillable and the nibs are replaceable but what I like about the Promarkers also is the nibs on them are finer. To get into smaller places and the Copic nibs are not as fine. Now this is all just my opinion, I have not used the Promarkers yet but I do have a few Copics but now I plan on getting on the rest of the Promarkers which come in 148

Win Promarkers

Here is a new contest, and this one is for Promarker, made by Letraset, just go here . This lady's name is Enfy's (pronounced Envis) her cards are great . She made the with these markers. They are great. You have to check it out and sign up to be in the contest.

Well that is a big since just one these cartridges are 89.99 at some places, so this is a big deal. But getting the update is not so easy if you go to the original website, that won't work. This is the website you need to go to here . And just follow the instructions and you will be fine. So here is what you will be getting with your Gypsy, you will get the two cartridges that come with the Gypsy, Gypsy Font Gypsy Wanderings The New Smiley cards Tags, Bags, Boxes, and More Christmas Blackletter Indie Art Printing Press So if you add all that to gether that would be a $419 Value, now that is a great thing. Well I hope you got in on this deal because it is a good one. Thanks Provo Craft

Have you heard

Image
I really think this is a great idea, Provo Craft has really done it this time. Have I every told you I love my Cricut Expression , well I do. But I have not always loved everything that Provo Craft does, but coming out with a smaller version of the Cricut cake is a great idea, check it out here . The first one is much larger in my opinion and not very cost affective if you do not make a lot of cakes. But the mini is like the Cricut Create (baby bug). So for home use it is much better and you can cut other things too. Like cheese, tortillas , cookie dough and more. So head to your local Joann's Fabrics and Crafts tomorrow to get your because that is when they go on sell. Ain't it cute, and it will be just right for your kitchen. Not to big. I can't wait, it should be cheaper the the other one too. Well that is all for today. Teresa

Please Help

I am sorry I have been away for awhile but I have been having health issues and have not been able to post. But then I saw this and had to with or without my own health issues. I know that I really don't have anyone that reads my blog, but I hope someone sees this. This lovely lady at Techniquesbytrish.blogspot.com is needing our help to brighten the day of a 6 year old with Leukemia. I always hate to see anyone with this disease but to have it at such a young age is just awful. So please lets get together and send as many card/packages as we can. I do not know the family at all just saw it on one of the blogs I follow.  Thanks  Teresa

Where Have I been

Well let me first start of by telling you that you need to get over to DCWV  some of my most favorite paper of all time,  to win some great stuff. Then I will tell you I have been scrapping but also I have been getting ready for a what we call a "mile long"(it is longer then a mile) yard sale that we are having we I live. I have to let go of some of the junk that I have to get new junk. I that not how it goes. As soon as we get through with that I promise I will be back and up and going full blast with all my project. I have picture too. Lots of Cricut projects and CTMH. Love them both. Well that is all for now will be back on Sunday after the yard sale to tell you how it went.

New Layout

Image
Just finished this new layout, well you can see how long it took me from the last post. But I do have a full time job so I only ge to do it nights and weekends. Around all my other duties, mothering, housework, taking the dog to the vet. But here is a picture of the layout, it is from Monique Griffith , she is just the most amazing woman I think I have ever seen. I bought the instructions and paper from her, she knows the Cricut front and back, the only thing is this amazing woman now has breast cancer. And is still doing this stuff. Man she is amazing. She is such a fighter.

Football Time

Image
Well it is that time of the year again. Collage football, my husband and oldest daughter have season tickets to Vandy football, yes Vandy football is what I said. And I will not see them on Saturdays for the rest of the season, well unless it is an away game and then they will be yelling at the TV here at the house. You know how it the referee can never see anything. So while they were gone I thought I would do a little scrapping. So here you go some of my work from today. I thought they turned out pretty good and of course my gir ls and husband thought they were great but they are bias. Well that is all for today I will share more later. Untill then Happy Scrapping.

How dumb am I

All those rss feeds and blogs I have been wanting a better way to know how to keep with, stupid me. My Microsoft Outlook has a place just for that, if I would have just looked but know I would have rather been wasting my time trying figure out how I am going to keep up with all of them. Well that is what I get for just not looking or for not opening my eyes, I know I was just being a man for a day. You them they look but they don't see . Well now I am set I can subscribe to all of these ladies now and keep with all of there beautiful stuff they are doing with there Cricut machine by Provo Craft. Which I just love, you will too if you get one. It is well worth the money, and the cartridges at wal-mart are not to bad. But once you get you want to collect the all. So get one and have fun.

Scrapbooking Blogs

And believe me there are a lot of them, and I am amazed at how many there are! But these women are talented, each and everyone of them, I have a few of my faves on my blog here. I can only hope to get to there caliber one day. I just now got my room in some kind of order, so I can scrapbook and find what I want, when I want. Oh and supplies, I have supplies and I keep getting supplies but nothing like these women, there a master at collecting supplies. I don't know where they get the money. Some are stay at home moms (not knocking it just stating a fact) so I do not know where they get the money for all these supplies. I have to say if anything I envy these women, stay at home with the kids clean the house and scrapbook, my dream job. But until I want to give up some of the extras my job lets me have I guess I will just stay here. But back on these incredible women, where do they get all these ideas? Well maybe someday I will be as creative as they are but until then I will just co
